Since Venezuela in on 12º Latitude, around 720 miles North of equator, you will enjoy the same stable climate all year around with very little difference in temperature, around 32º Celsius. You will have the trade winds blowing all year around with no rain or clouds. Sailing is the best, all year around and you will not have any sudden drop in temperature, like you will have in the north of the Caribbean.
